Scope. This policy covers the xo9.io website only. Our games have their own privacy policies — for Tricky Triangle, see trickytriangle.app.

This Privacy Policy describes how xo9 ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you visit xo9.io (the "Site"). The Site is a simple marketing and information page. We do not offer accounts, logins, or e-commerce here, and we collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

Anonymous analytics — basic, aggregated usage data such as page views, referring site, approximate region, device type, and browser, collected via Google Analytics. This helps us understand what's useful and improve the Site.
Messages you send us — if you email us, we receive your message and address so we can reply.
No accounts, no profiles. The Site does not ask you to sign in, and we do not collect names, payment details, or contacts.

Local storage & cookies

To make the Site load fast and feel smooth, we may use your browser's local storage and a service worker (offline cache) to store preferences and cache assets on your device. The Site relies on a small number of providers: Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery, Google Analytics for the anonymous usage data above, and Proton Mail when you contact us by email. Each processes limited data under its own privacy policy.

Children's privacy

The Site is suitable for all ages and is not directed at collecting any personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site.

Your choices

You can clear the Site's local storage and cached data, or block analytics, from your browser settings or with a privacy extension. The Site remains fully functional with these disabled.
